The location, spaciousness, equipment and style of the memorabilia are first league. Coffee machine, computer (yes) or underground garage (no extra charge) are just some of the amenities. The picturesque location of the lofts is a revelation for us. It is impossible not to mention a nice host of the premises. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Thank you for a perfect stay in your lovely apartment. We liked it very much! Very nice apartment in a very quiet area, the parking place(garage) is near the house. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The host met us on arrival and was very kind. It is definitely a place we would return to.

VERY ELEGANT AND FUNCTIONAL LOFT IS LOCATED ON THE PLAN OF THE COMPLEX “TOBACO PARK”

An underground garage parking space in the building next door at no extra cost.

10 min. from Łódź Kaliska railway station and 15 min. to the center (on foot)
15 minutes from the airport (by car)
From Kopernika Street there is a tram stop and shops where you can buy basic articles, and in five minutes by car you will reach the shopping centre “Pasaż Łódzki”.
On the other side of the complex, from Mickiewicza Street you can spend your free time and relax in Prince Józef Poniatowski Park.
Not far away are also Aquapark Fala, ZOO (Orientarium), Arena sports hall, restaurants.
The International Lodz Fair is only 1.5 km away.
At the same time, the location of the lofts ensures peace and quiet and a view of the Tobaco Park area (terrace from the south)
Breakfast in Tobaco Hotel can be additionally ordered from me or directly at the hotel reception.

Prices without breakfast, price includes parking space – 1 car in the underground garage.
For a stay longer than three days, the price can be negotiated.

Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (there is no reception on site, before arrival the landlord is asked to give the scheduled arrival time to hand over the keys)
